ELMARK 500250 általános leírása:

A tömszelencék a villamosságban rendkívül fontos szerelési anyagok, amelyek az elektromos kábelek és vezetékek elektromos eszközökhöz, kapcsolószekrényekhez vagy készülékházakhoz való mechanikus bevezetésére szolgálnak. Fő feladatuk, hogy biztonságos, szigetelt és védett átvezetést biztosítsanak a kábelek számára.

 

Mire szolgál a tömszelence?
A tömszelencék számos kulcsfontosságú funkciót látnak el, amelyek elengedhetetlenek a villamos installációk biztonságos és megbízható működéséhez:
* Kábelrögzítés és feszültségmentesítés: Megakadályozzák, hogy a kábelek kihúzódjanak vagy elcsavarodjanak az eszközhöz való csatlakozási ponton, ezáltal megelőzve a kábel sérülését és a laza érintkezéseket.
* Környezeti védelem (tömítés): Létrehoznak egy szoros tömítést a kábel és az eszköz háza között. Ezáltal megakadályozzák a nedvesség, por, szennyeződések, vegyi anyagok, olajok és gázok bejutását a berendezésbe, ami károsíthatja az elektronikát vagy rövidzárlatot okozhat. Ezt az IP (Ingress Protection) védettségi osztály jelöli (pl. IP67, IP68).

Tömszelence típusok és jellemzőik

  * PG menet (Panzergewinde): Ez egy régebbi, német szabvány (DIN 46320), ami ma is elterjedt, de fokozatosan háttérbe szorul.
  * Metrikus menet (M): Az újabb szabvány, például M12, M16, M20 stb. Ezek a legelterjedtebbek napjainkban, és általában szélesebb kábelátmérő-tartományt fednek le, mint a PG típusok.
  * Csőmenet: Inchben meghatározott menetek, speciális alkalmazásokhoz.
* Anyagok:
  * Műanyag (poliamid, nejlon): Ezek a leggyakoribbak, könnyűek, korrózióállóak és költséghatékonyak.
