Mi a vezeték?
A vezeték egy olyan anyagból készült, általában hosszúkás alakú eszköz, amely elektromos áramot képes vezetni. A vezetők legfontosabb feladata, hogy az elektromos energiát az energiaforrástól a fogyasztóig biztonságosan eljuttassák.

 

A vezetők felépítése:
* Vezető anyag: Általában fémekből készülnek, mint például réz, alumínium vagy acél. Ezek az anyagok jól vezetik az elektromos áramot.
* Szigetelés: A vezető anyagot szigetelő anyag borítja, amely megakadályozza a rövidzárlatokat és az áramütés veszélyét. A szigetelés anyaga lehet például PVC, gumi vagy teflon.

 

A vezetők típusai:
* Egyenes vezetők: Egyszerű, egyenes alakú vezetékek, amelyeket általában belső vezetékezéshez használnak.
* Kábelek: Több, egymástól szigetelt vezetőt tartalmazó köteg. A kábelek gyakran árnyékolással is rendelkeznek, amely védi a vezetéket a külső elektromágneses zavaroktól.
* Buszvezetők: Nagy keresztmetszetű, merev vezetők, amelyek nagy áramok vezetésére alkalmasak.
* Levegővezetékek: Nyitott térben, oszlopokra felfüggesztett vezetők.
* Földelővezetők: A berendezéseket és a villanyhálózatot a földdel összekötő vezetők.

 

A vezetők jellemzői:
* Ellenállás: Az elektromos áram áramlásának ellenállása. Minél nagyobb az ellenállás, annál nagyobb feszültségre van szükség azonos áram eléréséhez.
* Vezetőképesség: Az ellenállás reciproka. Minél nagyobb a vezetőképesség, annál könnyebben áramlik az elektromos áram.
* Kereszmetszet: A vezető keresztmetszete határozza meg az áramvezetési képességét. Minél nagyobb a keresztmetszet, annál nagyobb áramot képes vezetni.
* Szigetelés vastagsága: A szigetelés vastagsága határozza meg a vezető feszültségtűrő képességét.

 

A vezetők alkalmazási területei:
* Épületvillamosság: Belső vezetékezés, világítás, elektromos készülékek csatlakoztatása.
* Ipar: Gépek, berendezések táplálása, vezérlés.
* Közlekedés: Villamosok, trolibuszok, elektromos autók.
* Telekommunikáció: Telefon-, internet- és adatátvitel.

 

A vezetők kiválasztásánál figyelembe veendő tényezők:
* Áramterhelhetőség: A vezetőnek el kell bírnia a rajta folyó áramot.
* Feszültségtűrő képesség: A vezetőnek ellen kell állnia a rákapcsolt feszültségnek.
* Környezeti hatások: A vezetőt olyan anyagból kell készíteni, amely ellenáll a környezeti hatásoknak (hő, nedvesség, vegyszerek).
* Mechanikai igénybevétel: A vezetőnek ellen kell állnia a mechanikai igénybevételnek (hajlítás, húzás).

 

Fontos tudni:
* A vezetőket mindig a vonatkozó szabványoknak megfelelően kell kiválasztani és telepíteni.
* Az elektromos munkákat szakemberre kell bízni.
* A hibásan telepített vagy sérült vezetékek tűz- és áramütés veszélyét hordozhatják.
